Isle of Wight Dinner with guest speaker Chris Wickland

Join us for the FGB Isle of Wight dinner, with the guest speaker Chris Wickland sharing his inspirational real-life story of transformation.

 

Dinner is being held in the Admiral’s Cup Suite. £35.50 per person, with a £15.50 deposit to be given to Steve or Beryl Gravett, balance to be collected on the evening.

 

Isle of Wight dinner Christmas Menu choices can be passed on at the October dinner or be sent to David Reading before the 18 November.

STARTER: Traditional Cream of Mushroom soup OR Cantaloupe & Honeydew Melon, Clementine & Pomegranate Syrup OR Smooth Chicken Liver Parfait, Red Onion Marmalade & Toasted Brioche

MAINS: Roast Local Turkey Breast, Smoked bacon, Chipolata sausage, Chestnut stuffing & Cranberry sauce OR Steamed Paupiette of Basa Fillet, stuffed with prawn & dill sauce OR Seed Roast with Brie, Cranberry & Red Onion Gravy

DESSERT: Christmas Pudding, Cinnamon & Brandy sauce OR Mulled Wine Poached Pear with Christmas Pudding Ice Cream OR Chef’s selection of Cheese & Biscuits
