Torquay Conference Registration Open – Chairman’s Desk

Hello, Happiest people on Earth

Office Update

We are starting to get on top of orders etc, and these are being sent out where we have available stock.

Emma has had to put in a lot of extra time to get the website, membership and now the accounts in order. Once it’s sorted then it’s easy to maintain.

Your continued patience is appreciated at this time of transition.

We have sent out approximately 18 new members packs, to all over the country and Ireland. It’s great news to see chapters growing. We have also received a lot of response’s to the recent Membership Renewal requests. Which is great to see.

When moving the office, I found there are VHS video’s going back to the early 1980’s! I haven’t looked through the boxes yet, but if there is an exceptional meetings you remember let me know. I may be able to get it digitised, and be able to share some of the best speakers of the last 40 years.

The Torquay convention registration is now on the website. The event will be held in the beautiful surroundings of the

Livermead House Hotel, Sea Front, Torquay, Devon TQ2 6QJ

23rd to 25th January 2026

You can register there, click the button below.

We are hoping to have a good showing from the North. Members are saying they want to go down to the convention. Even though it’s a 5-hour drive on a good day. As well as interest from FGB members in Nigeria.

Yes there is an excitement in the air!

I can also confirm there will be a national convention on the weekend of 23rd May 2026 in Derby. It will be held in a superb historic listed period building, with excellent facilities. Further information will be provided soon!

Member & Chapter Feedback

Hi Trevor,

No the Lord has not finished with us, we can stand on His promises. Nothing can separate us from His love. I’ve read that somewhere!

Have a good day, Rick.

The Hereford Chapter are proposing an Online Meeting with the Charles Duke. He was an Astronaut. Peter informed the meeting that he had been trying to contact Charles Duke again.

It was suggested that he could have a word with Trevor, if it could be considered for a national event.
