Stroud District – A night of amazing testimonies of transformation

The Stroud District chapter held a FGB dinner meeting on 18th November with guest speaker Nick Burne.

There was an encouraging number of guests in attendance at the event, which was a great opportunity to share all that God has done.

Some members shared some short testimonies to start the evening off. A great chance for guests to hear a range of different experiences, backgrounds and ways God has transformed lives.

Nick Burne the guest speaker shared his very powerful testimony of transformation. Growing up Nick was thought Christianity was “a load of rubbish”. In his twenties Nick spent his time living life for the weekends.

He was burdened with debt and struggling with emptiness. But God had other plans for his life!

Today Nick is a husband, father, successful entrepreneur a tech investor. He has worked with companies such as Christian Aid, National Trust, UNICEF, amongst others. He lives a life completely centred around Jesus, and enjoys sharing the difference Jesus made to his life. 

His life has be radically reshaped by Jesus.

It was a very memorable evening and thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
