32nd FGB Severnside-South West Advance

All men and women, irrespective of FGB membership, are welcome to join us for a weekend of fellowship, praise, worship, teaching, testimony and ministry in Torquay.

This year our main speaker is Trevor Bendrien, long-standing and experienced National Director of FGB in UK and Ireland, and currently Chair of our National Council.

The programme will include

• Friday evening: welcome and dinner followed by the first session
• Saturday morning: two sessions after breakfast (with a refreshment break) followed by a buffet lunch
• Saturday afternoon: ad-hoc, followed by…
• Saturday evening: Gala Dinner and evening session.
• Sunday morning: two sessions (with a refreshment break) followed by a carvery lunch to bring the weekend to a close.

All sessions will include praise and worship, and there will be a time of prayer before breakfast on each morning.

The Livermead House Hotel is an excellent venue on the sea front at Torquay, offering very good accommodation and meals. Torquay is well served by train and bus, and there is ample free car parking at the hotel.

The programme runs from around 4 p.m. on Friday 26th January 2024 until after lunch on Sunday 28th January. The cost for a standard room is £200 per person for the event, inclusive of all meals and refreshments during the sessions.
For a sea view room it is £220 per person. There is no single occupancy charge. There are lifts to the upper floors but if you would need a ground level room or have any other special requirements, including dietary, please let us know when booking.

For those wishing to take advantage of extra days before and/or after the event, the hotel offers dinner, bed and breakfast at £75 per person per day plus £10 per person per day if a sea view room is booked for the event.
