Trevor’s journey into ministry began while he was studying Mathematics at Liverpool University. With a promising future ahead including sponsorship from GEC Stafford and a management career waiting after graduation. Trevor expected to first establish his life before serving God. However, 18 months after becoming a Christian and six months after being baptised in the Spirit, he was called from God to step into ministry. After seeking many confirmations in prayer, Trevor courageously obeyed.

In December 1980 he became pastor of the Garston Elim Church in Liverpool, a congregation of just eight people and despite never having preached a sermon before.

Those early years were marked by deep faith and reliance on God’s provision. Trevor and his wife Ruth learned to pray for their daily needs, often seeing money and food arrive at just the right time. Over the following years Trevor served churches in Salford, Manchester, and later Smethwick in the West Midlands. Where powerful moves of God took place. In Salford especially, Trevor witnessed remarkable revival, with testimonies of healings, miracles, and lives transformed through the powerful presence of God.

Later, in Stoke-on-Trent, Trevor and Ruth spent months praying and seeking God before founding Life Changing Ministries. Over the past two decades the ministry has impacted many nations. Trevor has written 24 books distributed in more than 120 countries and translated into numerous languages. With over 175,000 copies circulated worldwide. Having ministered in 62 countries and serving as an apostolic leader to churches across the globe, Trevor continues to travel and share his message today – always acknowledging the vital partnership of Ruth, who faithfully supports and leads alongside him.
