Blaenau Gwent Men’s Dinner with Steven Feven-Williams

Come and join us at the First Blaenau Gwent Men’s dinner with speaker Steven Feven-Williams.

After completely his GCSE’s at 16, Steven because addicted to online gaming as well as online pornography. An addiction that took over his life and became all consuming. It resulted in him falling behind while studying for his A-Levels, and despite trying for 3 years he failed. This was followed by a bout of depression at 17, this led to serious mental health issues. During this period of his life he kept having vivid dreams about life and death. This changed the course of his life as he began a journey seeking spiritual guidance and clarity.

To look more into God he decided to attend an Alpha course run locally, this led to him becoming a Christian and very involved in outreach. It also led him to meet his partner, she was also attending the Alpha course at the time.

Despite the difficulties he’d had finishing his education he is now a fully qualified graphic designer, with a focus on engineering. He has worked with several engineering companies including Dyson.
