Isle of Wight Dinner with Joseph Shurmer

Join us at the Isle of Wight Dinner at an exciting new venue- Brian Gardener Pavilion, Newclose County Cricket Ground, Blackwater Rd, Newport PO30 3BE. Our guest speaker this month will be Joseph Shurmer.

Joseph Shurmer is married to his lovely wife Becca. He is the UK Director of Lionheart Festival, which is held at the IQ County Showground. Where he plays a key role in shaping and delivering a vibrant, faith-filled gathering on the Isle of Wight. Joseph is passionate about unity and mission. He has been instrumental in the vision, planning, and execution of initiatives that equip and connect churches and nonprofit organisations.

Lionheart Festival

Joseph carries a heart to see the Church work together in purpose, and his leadership has helped create spaces where people encounter God and communities are strengthened. Through Lionheart Festival, he has contributed significantly to mobilising believers, fostering collaboration and advancing the Gospel across the region.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Please book your place for this exciting dinner with David davidreading@hotmail.com or call 01983 521360 by Friday 17th April.

There will be a two course meal for £30 per person, those aged 21 and under pay half price at £15 per person.

The meal choices are:

Main :

(1)Roast Beef with all the trimmings

(2) Moroccan vegetable tagine, Harissa herbed couscous (Vegan choice ).

(3)Poached salmon, Red Thai coconut broth, Coconut cream, Seeded basmati.

Dessert:

(1)Vanilla pannacotta with spiced fruits

(2) Big eat chocolate brownie (VE)

(3)Raspberry cream brûlé with homemade shortbread.
